Eating Healthy While Traveling!
Travel days are easy excuses to eat whatever’s in front of you, especially when local bakeries are involved. I’ve had mornings where a doughnut felt like the right call... and afternoons where I realized I probably needed something healthy.
Trying to get at least one solid meal a day that resembles a balance meal, is the goal. Don’t skip the treats, just try to space them out. No rules, just a bit of balance.
Not perfect, but it helps me feel good while still enjoying the fun parts of travel! Desserts!
