Most others have the same habit that we have picked up since as far back as we can remember. We just reached for the brands that we have grown up with using. The familiar labels that felt safe, turned out to be everything, but safe.

When I realized that those products were the reasons that my skin was irritated all of the time and no matter what the dermatologist prescribe the irradiations and reactions kept me miserable. They all had the similar ingredients and the caused the same problems!

So, I finally did research found that I had to check the ingredients on the back of the label and figure it out on my own. The front of the label was full of Marketing Lies. It’s so bad, that it has been named ‘Greenwashing’.

Finding the time to do the research was the hardest part, but I was determined to learn how to see through the lies. After a short time, I started learning the ingredients and made it easy to make my own non-toxic soaps, lotions and hair products from scratch. It was amazing for my skin, hair and my overall health. Only wishing that I took the time to figure it out sooner, but with a busy schedule its hard to make time. Right?! That’s what the toxic brands are counting on.

So, when I started planning traveling that included beach trips with snorkeling and scuba diving, I wanted ready-made products that were safe for me and for the ocean. That search led me to Stream2Sea. Their products fit what I needed for my health, travels and the ocean since I want to protect it, not destroy it.
