Like many people, in my younger years I reached for the brands I grew up with, the familiar labels that felt safe.
Then I realized that those products were the reasons that my skin was irritated and no matter what the dermatologist prescribe the irradiations and reactions kept coming. They all had the same ingredients and the same problems!
So, I gave up and decided to do something different and finally realizing that I had to check the ingredients and figure it out on my own.
Finding the time and a lot of patience, I started researching ingredients and even making my own non-toxic soaps, lotions, and hair products. It was amazing for my skin, hair and my overall health. Only wishing that I took the time to figure it out sooner, but with a busy schedule its hard to make time. Right?! That’s what the toxic brands are counting on.
So, when I started planning more traveling that included beach trips with snorkeling and scuba diving, I wanted ready-made products that were safe for me and for the ocean.
